My Legs Itch All The Time

'The creative spirit' - By Daniel Goleman, Paul Kaufman and Michael Ray

The creative spirit is a book that tells us essentially that we can all be creative and we get that spirit within us all. The book explains to the adults in the first chapter, on how to stop the free talent in children, in the second theme, at work and enterprise in the third and fourth communities in the subject. How can we free our creative spirit and use it to improve the quality of life?

This is solved The book gives examples of many great geniuses, including Albert Einstein, Darwin, Da Vinci, Chuck Jones, Fleming and even Steven Spielberg, along with many other more, and giving examples of different cultures from different schools which do not fit the normal system education, as schools 'Reggio nell' Emilia 'in Milan, or the' Key School in Indianapolis, or other children's museums where the key is not only show but also teach, in a safe and fun. As for companies, speaks of being something more than a 'simple use', says workers should be comfortable and do things with gusto, having a voice to speak, and not press them or leaving them a mere censure them work with to do day after day as the bosses want. And a story in the communities, is to give examples of creative projects that help improve the world, like rescuing a rainforest, etc.

The creative spirit itself, is in every one of us , but must be allowed to draw out, to emerge, to take an innovative and useful idea [because it has to be useful], or to solve a problem [not is the traditional way, or letting it happen], it is normal to arrive moments of frustration and overwhelmed, but we must not stop here, because this only happens when your conscious mind has reached its limit, but if you leave First, your unconscious part [which is where store all your real information, as barely conscious at 10% or less] act, and try to make links to resolve the matter, and at some point, possibly in a moment of inattention, or while you sleep, or while stay 'gaping' [with a blank mind, as they say], the solution will arrive as suddenly as a sort of intuition or hunch , and to whom we owe this insight to ignore.

Of course, the fact that everyone can be creative, not mean we can be a genius in all matters , since we are not prepared to be the best in all areas, there are people who are good at certain activities, and people are better at other tasks. This is understandable and reasonable to the theory of multiple intelligences Howard Gardner, who speaks seven intelligences [logical-mathematical intelligence, musical intelligence, bodily intelligence, linguistics, interpresonal, intrapersonal and spatial intelligence ] and we will be working according to some kind of intelligence. But this attraction we have towards some kind of activity, or the talent we have, should be neither forced nor censored because this talent often arises in childhood , and that's when should be left to the children who develop what they want, without underestimating because they are not well mathematics [for example], or without questioning too much about what they do, but neither overestimating their games or exercises.
